Easy entry in front of the spa, then a few hundred metres to the left is the best of it: blacktips, turtles, morays, big clams and a lot of colourful fish. Guests report the lower-numbered villas sit closest, and we will confirm which for your dates. The coral is ordinary rather than remarkable, which is normal for South Male, and the snorkelable stretch is not long; on a stay over a week you may want the boat trips. Current can shut down snorkelling from the water villas on some days.

About the resort
Every villa at OZEN Reserve Bolifushi has its own pool, a butler and a bar restocked daily, and the island is only 20 to 35 minutes from Velana by speedboat. The boats run day and night, so a late flight never means a night in Malé.
This is the more polished of the two OZEN islands in South Malé Atoll: better drinks, fewer activities in the plan, and more of the holiday spent around your own pool. It suits couples and families who want to land and stop deciding things.
What you pay
Pick a villa above and the price is four nights for two on the RESERVE plan, the only plan the resort sells, with the return speedboat and every Maldivian tax, green tax included. This offer is for Indian guests and carries both a booking deadline and a travel window, so ask us to confirm both for your dates.
The split stays are the best buy. Two nights in an Earth Pool Villa on the beach, then two in an Ocean Pool Suite over the water, comes to a little less than four nights in the Ocean Pool Suite alone.
A fifth night is not priced on this page, but we can book it. Ask us and we will price it.
The slide is a big step. The Ocean Pool Suite with Slide runs a great deal above the same suite without it over four nights. Worth it if children will use it every day. Otherwise, spend it on that fifth night.
What's included, and what isn't
In the price: your villa with its pool, all meals at Vista del Mar, Sangu Beach and Saffron, one dinner each at Soyi and ORIGINƎ per four nights, premium drinks including champagne, the in-villa bar, your butler, one 60-minute spa treatment each for guests over 16, snorkel gear and non-motorised water sports, the gym, the kids' club for ages 4 to 12, and the return speedboat.
Not in the price: your international flights, travel insurance, Teppanyaki, the Cuvée wine library, diving, motorised water sports, babysitting, anything after 11:00 on departure day, Indian TCS, and anything not named above.
Who this isn't for
Divers, and anyone who wants activities built in. Diving is extra and outside operators are not allowed on the island. Our sister pick, OZEN Life Maadhoo, includes snorkelling trips, a sunset cruise and a dive or spa voucher, and its four nights start lower.
Snorkellers expecting a spectacular reef. Entry in front of the spa is easy and you will see blacktips, turtles and morays, but the coral is ordinary and the stretch is short. On windy days the current can stop snorkelling from the water villas.
Before you book
Four nights is the shortest stay. New bookings only, so they cannot be applied to a booking you have already made. The offer combines with the resort's Kids Go Free offer and nothing else.
The two-bedroom RESERVE villas are priced for two. Extra adults and children are added at the resort's standard rates, which this offer does not discount.
A split stay needs both villas free. The resort may swap the order of your two halves. We tell you the order before you pay.
Not priced on this page: the three-bedroom Earth Pool RESERVE, the Royal RESERVE, and dates outside the travel window. We can still book them.

Where is OZEN Reserve Bolifushi?
OZEN Reserve Bolifushi is in South Malé Atoll, a 20 to 35 minute speedboat ride from Velana, so there is no seaplane. Every villa has its own pool, a butler and a bar restocked daily. Its sister resort, OZEN Life Maadhoo, is in the same atoll and suits divers and anyone who wants more activities built into the plan.
How do I get to OZEN Reserve Bolifushi?

What is the RESERVE plan?
It is the only plan OZEN Reserve Bolifushi sells. It covers all meals at Vista del Mar, Sangu Beach and Saffron, one dinner each at Soyi and ORIGINƎ per four nights, premium drinks including three champagne brands and over 100 wines, the in-villa bar restocked daily, your butler, snorkel gear, non-motorised water sports, the gym, the kids' club and bicycles. Teppanyaki and the Cuvée wine library are charged. The plan ends at 11:00 on departure day.
What dining options are available?
Vista del Mar and Sangu Beach serve breakfast, lunch and dinner, and Saffron serves Indian dinners. All three are open to you as often as you like. Soyi, for Pan-Asian food, and ORIGINƎ, for fine dining, give you one dinner each per four nights. Book ahead for Saffron, Soyi and ORIGINƎ. Teppanyaki at Royal RESERVE and the Cuvée wine library are always charged. OZAR pool bar is open 10:00 to midnight, and Sangu Bar until the last guest leaves.
What spa treatments are included in the RESERVE plan?
Each guest gets 60-minute treatments at the ELE|NA spa, scaled to the length of stay: one at four to five nights, two at six to nine, three at ten to thirteen, and four at fourteen nights or more. The vouchers are given out at check-in, carry your villa number, cannot be passed to anyone else and are not refunded if unused. Guests under 16 cannot use the spa.
What water sports and activities are complimentary?
Snorkel gear for the whole stay, windsurfing, catamaran sailing, canoes and stand-up paddleboards are all in the RESERVE plan, along with the full gym. Diving, motorised water sports and beach training classes are charged. Outside operators for water sports, diving and excursions are not allowed on the island, so these can only be booked with the resort.
Is there a kids club at OZEN Reserve Bolifushi?
Yes. The Kuda Koli kids club is open daily from 09:00 to 18:00 for children aged 4 to 12, and it is in the price, as are bicycles for adults and children. Babysitting is charged. Prices on this page are for two, so children are added on top, and the resort's Kids Go Free offer can apply. Tell us the ages of anyone travelling and we will price it.
What villa categories are available?
This page prices three overwater villas: the Ocean Pool Suite, the Ocean Pool Suite with Slide and the two-bedroom Ocean Pool RESERVE Sunset with Slide. It also prices three split stays, two nights in an Earth Pool villa and two over the water. Every villa has its own pool, a butler and an in-villa bar. What is the Hiyani butler service?
Every villa at OZEN Reserve Bolifushi has a dedicated Hiyani, the resort's name for a butler, for the whole stay. Your Hiyani books restaurants and spa appointments and looks after anything else you ask for. The service is part of the RESERVE plan, so there is nothing extra to pay for it.
