360 Degree World acts as a travel agent and holiday package curator. Many of the services we arrange — including accommodation, transfers, excursions, and dining — are provided by independent third-party suppliers such as resorts, airlines, and ground operators.

While we carefully select our supplier partners, we are not responsible for the acts, omissions, failures, or negligence of any third-party supplier. Any claims arising from third-party services must be directed to the relevant supplier.

5. Airline Schedules & Transfers

Flight schedules, seaplane timings, and speedboat transfer times are subject to change by the operating carrier or resort without prior notice. 360 Degree World is not liable for delays, cancellations, or schedule changes caused by airlines, seaplane operators, or transfer providers.

• Seaplane transfers in the Maldives operate subject to weather and daylight conditions and may be substituted with speedboat transfers at the operator's discretion.
• We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers flight delays, cancellations, and missed connections.

6. Weather, Natural Events & Force Majeure

The Maldives is a tropical destination and is subject to weather variability, including monsoon seasons, strong winds, and occasional rough seas. 360 Degree World is not responsible for any disruption, curtailment, or loss of enjoyment caused by adverse weather or natural events.

We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations where such failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, government travel restrictions, civil unrest, strikes, or other force majeure events.

In such circumstances, we will make every reasonable effort to assist you, but refunds or compensation will be subject to supplier policies and your travel insurance coverage.

7. Visas, Passports & Travel Documents

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that you hold a valid passport and any required visas or travel authorisations for your destination and any transit countries. 360 Degree World does not accept liability for any costs, losses, or disruption arising from failure to hold the correct travel documents.

• Passport validity requirements vary by destination. Most countries require at least 6 months validity beyond your travel dates.
• Visa requirements depend on your nationality. Please check with the relevant embassy or consulate well in advance of travel.
• Travel health requirements, including vaccinations, are your responsibility to verify and comply with.

8. Resort Policies & Facilities

Resort facilities, dining options, spa services, and activities described on this Site are based on information provided by the resorts and are subject to change, seasonal availability, or temporary closure without notice.

Each resort operates under its own policies regarding check-in/check-out times, dress codes, age restrictions, and conduct. 360 Degree World is not responsible for any changes to resort facilities or policies after your booking is confirmed.

9. No Warranties

This Site and all information on it are provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
