Location and transfers
Land in Malé by 15:00 for the seaplane. Later than that means the domestic flight or a night in Malé. Send us your flight times and we will check the connection both ways.

The entry villa is small. At 38 m² the Sunset Beach Villa takes two adults at most. Families start at the Deluxe Sunset Villa or the Over Water Villa.
Thirty villas sit over the water. Parents with young children in an overwater villa sign a waiver on arrival.

The water
A reef along the beach
The reef runs the length of the beach and around the island, and guests often step in straight from their villa. Expect dense schools of reef fish, reef sharks and green turtles daily, plus eagle rays, stingrays, octopus and, after dark, nurse sharks. The shallows suit less confident swimmers and the outer edge carries the richer life. We score the house reef 5 out of 5.
Some stretches are still recovering from past bleaching, and not every channel through to the edge is clear, so ask where to get in on arrival. Mornings give the best visibility, and the western side the easiest entry.
Mantas at Hanifaru
Hanifaru Bay is a short boat trip in manta season. Scuba diving and freediving are offered on the island.
