Heritance Aarah in Raa Atoll got the food completely right when we stayed. Sipping morning coffee out on the ocean suite deck while watching nurse sharks circle the pilings was a daily ritual. The culinary side really shines across the board. The quirk: that seaplane transfer involves a pretty exhausting wait at the terminal after a long international flight. Best for serious foodies and couples who want a seamless, premium all-inclusive stay where you never have to think about the bill.
