Incredible stay in Maldives

I had an amazing first trip to the Maldives at One&Only. Water, beach and food are 10/10. The staff here were incredibly welcoming and thoughtful.

Beautiful hotel with the highest level of service

A magnificent hotel with a very well-kept area with landscape design, which is rare in Maldives. The service is at the highest level, the food in the restaurants is delicious and varied and even the cocktails in the bar are excellent in both taste and unusual serving.

Unforgettable Memories at One&Only Reethi Rah

We had the most amazing stay at One&Only Reethi Rah. The island is absolutely beautiful, the service was excellent, and every detail made the trip feel very special.

A great experience!

One & Only Reethi Rah is a wonderful experience rather than a resort. We were picked up at the airport by their representatives and within minutes heading out in the luxurious high speed yacht for a 45 minute ride to One & Only, where we were warmly welcomed by their great staff.

One&Only Reethi Rah

Regular price₹ 561,600
/
Whole stay for two adults, half board, return shared speedboat, green tax included · valid until 27 Nov 2026

Reethi Rah is one of the largest private islands in the Maldives, with twelve beaches and 118 villas spread far enough apart that you can cycle for ten minutes without meeting anyone. It is the country's only Forbes Five-Star resort. The speedboat takes 45 to 55 minutes and runs around the clock, so a late landing costs nothing.

Three nights for two, half board with the return speedboat and green tax inside, is ₹561,600. These prices run to 27 November 2026.

What this actually costs

Pick a villa and a package above and the price is the whole stay for two adults: the villa, half board, the return speedboat and the green tax. Two children under twelve come free, on the same meal plan, from the kids' menu.

  • The Beach Villa and the Water Villa cost the same, to the rupee. ₹561,600 for three nights either way. The Beach Villa is 82 m² inside with your own stretch of sand. The Water Villa is 81 m² with 104 m² of deck, netted hammocks over the lagoon and steps into it. Choose on where you wake up. A pool adds ₹204,200.
  • Two nights on the beach then two over the water costs the same as four beach nights. Both are ₹748,800, and it is not on the dropdown, so ask. The pool version, ₹884,600, undercuts four pool nights by ₹136,800.
  • Book four nights before 17 October and the resort may move you up a category free. A Beach or Water Villa becomes a Beach Villa with Pool, subject to availability. 56 of those against 21 Beach Villas, so the odds are good.

September is the month to go. The same three nights is ₹696,900 from 11 October, ₹135,300 more. An extra adult is US$1,870 on the three-night package and US$550 a night after that.

Who this isn't for

Snorkellers. The reef sits a long way out from most villas, closest to the Beach Club, and guests who have snorkelled elsewhere say plainly that this is not where you come for it. The dive centre and guided reef trip are good, but you are taken to the reef rather than swimming to it.

Families set on a water villa. A child under twelve can only stay in one if their guardian signs a disclaimer. If that is a sticking point, book the beach. Every one-bedroom villa takes three adults, or two adults and two children. Anyone travelling between 18 October and 6 November is out too: those dates are closed and quoted by hand.

Before you book

  • Half board is breakfast and dinner, either three courses at Earth or a daily credit of US$80 per adult and US$40 per child. Drinks are on neither. Once per stay you also get a shared excursion, a photoshoot and a massage upgrade.
  • Every villa comes with a Personal Host on call around the clock, bicycles and the water sports at ClubOne. For children, KidsOnly, One Tribe, a football pitch and floodlit tennis and padel.
  • The Grand Beach Villa earns its price on more than space. 185 m², a 50 m² pool, two en-suite bedrooms sleeping up to six adults, your own four-seater buggy, Cristal Champagne on arrival, and sunset canapés brought to the villa daily.
  • Minimum three nights, new bookings only, up to nine villas per booking. Three more categories sit off the dropdown: the Water Villa with Pool, the Two Villa Residence and the Grand Water Villa. We price all three.

Tell us your dates and who is travelling, and we will price the beach-and-water split and check the free upgrade. Message our Maldives specialists on WhatsApp or send us an enquiry. We reply within 24 hours.

House reef 2/5 Thin

Little or nothing to snorkel off the beach. Some islands in this band run a free boat to a reef — the note below says whether this one does.

There is a house reef, but it is a long way out from most villas and the closest entry is by the Beach Club, on an island big enough to cycle around. Guests who have snorkelled elsewhere in the Maldives are blunt that this is not where you come for it. What does work is the guided reef trip, which is well organised, and the boat out to a proper snorkelling spot, where the fish life is good. There is a PADI dive centre on the island. Come for the twelve beaches, the space and the food, and treat the reef as an excursion.

Where in the Maldives?

Frequently Asked Questions

Where is One&Only Reethi Rah, and how do you get there? +
Reethi Rah is a private island in North Malé Atoll, and one of the largest in the Maldives, with twelve separate beaches. The transfer is a shared luxury speedboat from Velana International Airport, 45 to 55 minutes, and it is included in these prices. The boat runs around the clock, so there is no arrival cut-off and a late landing does not cost you a night in Malé. A seaplane does the same journey in about fifteen minutes, in daylight hours.
What is included in the price? +
The villa for two adults, half board, the return shared speedboat and the green tax. Half board is breakfast and dinner, taken either as a three-course dinner at Earth or as a daily dining credit of US$80 per adult and US$40 per child spent across the restaurants. Drinks are not included on either.
Can children stay free? +
Up to two children under twelve stay free on their parents’ meal plan and eat from the kids’ menu at dinner. A third child is charged. There is a KidsOnly club, a One Tribe club for teenagers, a football pitch and floodlit tennis and padel courts.
What is the house reef like? +
This is the weakest part of the island and we would rather say so. The reef sits a long way out from most villas, closest to the Beach Club, and guests who have snorkelled elsewhere in the Maldives are blunt that Reethi Rah is not where you come for it. There is a PADI dive centre and a well-run guided reef trip, but you are taken to the reef rather than swimming to it. We rate the house reef 2 out of 5.
What else is included beyond the room and meals? +
One shared excursion during the stay, chosen from a list that includes sunrise fishing, a turtle expedition, a reef discovery, shark quest and sunset dolphin encounters. Also a sixty-minute photoshoot, an upgrade from a sixty to a ninety-minute massage for guests over fifteen, and one cocktail or mocktail each at Tapasake.
What are the booking conditions? +
Minimum three nights, new bookings only, and up to nine villas on one booking. Stays run to 27 November 2026, and 18 October to 6 November is closed on these prices and quoted by hand. An extra adult is US$1,870 on the three-night package and US$550 for each night after that.
