About the resort
At Coco Bodu Hithi Maldives the cheapest villa is also one of the biggest. The Island Villa with Pool runs to 188 square metres, against 109 for the Water Villa with Pool, so on this island the overwater choice buys you the view, not the space.
It is a natural island in North Malé Atoll, 35 minutes from Velana by shared speedboat, and the boat runs day and night. No seaplane, no daylight cut-off, and a late flight from India still reaches the island the same night. The reef runs alongside the water villas and the Aqua restaurant, so many guests snorkel straight off their own steps.
What you pay
Pick a villa and a length of stay and the price is the whole stay for two: full board, the return speedboat and every Maldivian tax. Only a limited window is priced here, so ask us if your dates fall outside it.
The Island Villa with Pool is the value here. The Water Villa with Pool runs about a sixth above it over three nights, in a villa little more than half the size.
Four nights is the length to book for a honeymoon. It is the shortest stay the honeymoon offer accepts, and the fourth night adds less than a third to the three-night price.
