Worth choosing the resort for. One or two caveats on entry point or current.
The good reef here runs from the north pier down past the water villas, and the way in is to get off at the jetty and follow the reef edge along. Guests report turtles, reef sharks, moray eels and rays on most swims, with clownfish in the anemones close in. Some beach villas sit only a few paces from the water. Two things to know: there are strong currents at the jetty steps, so pick your moment, and the reef is concentrated on that one run rather than around the island. Boat trips out to the mantas are charged separately.
