The beach villas are the roomy ones. At 95 m² they beat the 77 m² Overwater Villa, and they take a child as well.
Sunrise or sunset matters here. The sunset side carries more current and some erosion, with sandbags in a couple of places. Ask us which side, and how far from the coral, your villa sits.
A renovated Deluxe Overwater Villa joins the island from January 2027. The Over Water Pool Suite is priced on request. Parents with young children in an overwater villa sign a safety waiver on arrival.

Surf opens two nights a week
The half-board swap to Surf only works on Tuesdays and Saturdays. Tell us about vegetarian, Jain or other needs when you book and we will pass them on.
The water
One of the healthiest reefs we sell
Live table and staghorn coral runs around the island, with reef sharks on most swims, green turtles most days, stingrays in the shallows, eagle rays, octopus, lobsters and moray eels. Returning guests rate the stretch from the arrival jetty to the water sports jetty for turtles and colourful coral. From a water villa you drop straight in. We score the house reef 5 out of 5.
The sunset side sits in more current and shows some erosion. Ask how far your beach villa is from the coral before you book.

Families on the beach
The beach villas take three adults and a child. Overwater villas take three adults, and young children there need a signed waiver. Tell us the ages of everyone travelling and we will match the villa.

A long way south
This is a resort for five nights or more. The journey takes most of a morning or afternoon each way, so short stays are better near Malé.
