Location and transfers
No cut-off. The boat runs at any hour, so a late landing or a dawn flight home needs no night in Malé.

Families of four go on the beach. The two beach villas take two adults and two children. Every overwater villa takes one child, or a third adult.
The Beach Pool Villa with Kids Room is the family pick. The children get their own room and you get a pool.

How the resort credit works
A set amount for each adult every day, for the spa, water sports, diving or food and drink. Unused credit rolls over to the next day of your stay. It cannot be taken as cash or used for tips.

The water
One good stretch
The best snorkelling is about ten metres off the water sports beach and around the overwater villas, where you step down from the deck. Guests report blacktip reef sharks, rays, turtles and octopus, but accounts vary, and some found the coral grey and the fish thin near their villa. The other side of the island has no breakwater and takes the wind and the waves. We score the house reef 3 out of 5.
Snorkel gear is included, but the masks come in large or child sizes only, so bring your own if you have one.
Diving
Silver Sands runs a PADI 5-star dive centre on the island. Feydhoo Wall and a wreck are a short boat ride away, and the North Malé channel dives are close.

Kids' and teens' clubs
The kids' club takes ages two to twelve, and the teens' club has billiards and video games. Two children under twelve stay and eat free in their parents' villa. Tell us the ages of everyone travelling and we will match the villa.
