Incredible Maldives experience with exceptional service

We loved our time at Four Seasons Kuda Huraa. What an experience! From the moment we arrived on the boat, the team looked after us with 6-star service. The island is breathtaking and so luxurious. The spa is simply gorgeous and a beautiful experience on its own island. The rooms are spacious, super comfortable and modern and the beach is simply stunning. Four Seasons Kuda Huraa was one of the best experiences I've had in the Maldives. Every aspect was amazing, the attention to detail was incredible, and most importantly ran by the best people. The staff go above and beyond for their guests and it truly makes your time here feel special. Our dining experience was so incredible that every day we woke up excited to enjoy the food. I had the most incredible time during my Nurse shark snorkel tour, Dolphin Cruise, and local island visit — made even better by the incredible guides Mansoor and Akram, who were so knowledgeable and warm. No other resort in the country takes surfing this seriously. Kuda Huraa hosts the annual Surfing Champions Trophy, beginners learn in the sheltered lagoon, and the reef breaks are a short boat ride out. Every villa here has its own pool.

Until 20 December 2026 the India-market offer takes 20% off the villa, adds half board for two and covers the 25-minute speedboat both ways. Three nights in a Deluxe Beach Pavilion with Pool comes to ₹261,800 for two, all in from Malé.

What this actually costs

Pick a villa and a package above and the figure is the total for two adults for the whole stay: the villa and its pool, breakfast, the half-board dinner upgrade, return speedboat transfers and every tax. Flights to Malé are extra.

  • The Deluxe Beach Pavilion is the value story here by a wide margin. The next villa up costs 54% more for the same three nights. If budget is the binding constraint, take it and spend the difference on the surf boat and a spa afternoon.
  • For families, the dates decide more than the villa. A Sunrise Family Beach Villa for three nights goes from ₹592,800 in September to ₹820,000 from October, nearly 40% more. The water villas rise about 10% over the same step, so overwater is the better buy from October and the beach villas are in September.
  • Book both islands and the seaplane is free. Three nights or more here with three or more at Landaa Giraavaru earns complimentary return seaplane transfers for two, worth roughly ₹243,000. We confirm it stacks with the India offer on every enquiry.

Not on the dropdown, but we will price them: full board, the two- and three-bedroom suites, and any stay from 21 December.

Who this isn’t for

Anyone after a remote island. This is 96 villas, 25 minutes from the airport, and it is busy. That is the trade for a transfer that runs at any hour.

Anyone whose trip is about the house reef. Only the sunrise side snorkels well, straight off your own steps. The other side of the jetty carries a current and little healthy coral, and the eastern reef dries out at low tide. Good for a first-timer, thin for a seasoned snorkeller.

Anyone expecting a wristband. Drinks including soft drinks, lunch, the spa, diving and excursions are all charged. Half board here means food, not a bar tab. And if you want silence, the surf crowd and the kids' club are both audible.

Before you book

  • Stays from 21 December fall outside this offer and carry compulsory Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve dinners. Ask us before you fix festive dates.
  • Occupancy. Family villas include breakfast for four rather than two, and the half-board upgrade covers two adults, or two adults plus one child in a family room. Children under 12 stay free sharing with parents, space permitting.
  • If someone in the party surfs, say so. Tropicsurf operates on the island with six reef breaks in boat range, and no other Four Seasons in the country comes close. Send flight details three days ahead. Check in 14:00, check out 12:00.

You will enjoy it. You would not cross an atoll for it.

Ask for the sunrise side and this works. Guests there snorkel two or three times a day straight off the villa. The other side of the jetty has a current and little healthy coral, and the eastern reef dries out at low tide. The coral gardens, where the marine team is growing new coral, are the best snorkelling on the island and worth the short swim. There is a working turtle rehabilitation centre too, which children remember longer than the villa. Fine for a first-timer; a seasoned snorkeller would want more.
