Fushifaru Maldives and Meyyafushi Maldives, sister resorts in Lhaviyani Atoll, are celebrating Diwali on 8 November 2026 with festive dining, live entertainment and special island activities.

Which of the two suits you

Meyyafushi Maldives is Premium All-Inclusive, and every one of its villas and suites has a private pool. It also has an underwater restaurant, an overwater padel court and a mini bowling lane, which makes it the livelier pick for couples and families who like plenty to do.

Fushifaru Maldives is the smaller, barefoot island of the pair, with a natural sandbank the resort describes as the largest in Lhaviyani Atoll. It suits travellers who want a quieter Diwali.

Why Diwali is a good week to go

Diwali falls in early November, a few weeks before the December peak, when the Maldives is usually easier to book than over Christmas and New Year.

A festive offer is running

Both resorts have a festive-season offer on stays this year. Tell us your dates and we will send you a full costing with the offer applied: holidays@360degreeworld.com.
