House reef

You will enjoy it. You would not cross an atoll for it.
One good stretch rather than a reef you can circle. Guests find the best snorkelling about ten metres off the shore on the water sports side, where the bottom is good and the water clean, and report turtles, octopus, baby stingrays and reef sharks. The other side has no breakwater and takes the wind and the waves. Accounts of how much there is to see vary a lot, and some guests have found the marine life thin. Being this close to Male buys you a short transfer and brings you the port traffic. Snorkel gear is free for the stay.
