The reef sits on the sunset side, reachable straight off the beach or by ladder from the sunset water villas, and that is the side to book. Guests report turtles, young blacktips, small rays and good variety, but they are honest that the coral itself is ordinary rather than memorable, so come for the marine life. Entry from the villa steps depends on the tide. The island is small, so the usable stretch is short and you will cover it quickly. Gear is free. Tell us if snorkelling is the point of the trip and we will say whether this is the right island.

About the resort
At Noku Maldives the overwater Water Villa is the cheapest room on the island. It sits below the Beach Villa on every date we price, which almost never happens in the Maldives, and it is the easiest recommendation we make here.
Noku Maldives is fifty villas in Noonu Atoll, 45 minutes from Velana by shared seaplane, with 34 dive sites in range. The price on this page is all-inclusive and is sold only to Indian and GCC passport holders.
What you pay
Pick a villa, your nights and your dates, and the price is the whole stay for two: the villa, all-inclusive, the return shared seaplane and every Maldivian tax, green tax included. The Two Bedroom Beachfront Villa with Pool is priced for four adults.
A limited travel window is priced here, and the rates are unchanged from the green season. Three nights is the shortest stay.
All-inclusive comes free with this price. There is nothing back if you choose not to use it.
Two villas in one trip. Two nights in the Water Villa and two in the Beach Villa lands between the two villas taken alone for four nights, and you sleep in both. Three other pairings are available on the same basis. Splits are not priced on this page, so ask us.
What’s included, and what isn’t
In the price: your villa for two, the return shared seaplane, three meals a day across both restaurants, unlimited drinks at every venue, a stocked minibar, one floating breakfast or 30-minute massage for two per stay, one shisha per villa at the bar, and every Maldivian tax including green tax.
Not in the price: your international flights, travel insurance, other spa treatments, excursions, diving, adult dishes ordered for children, Indian TCS, and anything not named above.
Who this isn’t for
Families who want Indian food every night. Noku Maldives has two restaurants. Palms, on the beach, serves all three meals with international cooking, Maldivian seafood and grills. Thari, at the pool, is Pan-Asian; it was the Indian kitchen until recently. Tell us if it matters and we will ask the kitchen what it can do.
Anyone landing at Velana after 15:00. The seaplane flies in daylight only, so a later arrival means a night in Malé first. Send us your flights before you book them.
Travellers without an Indian or GCC passport. This price is not open to them.

The festive period is not priced on this page. The resort adds compulsory Christmas and New Year charges on those dates. We can still book it.
Some dates are closed to new bookings this season. The resort has closed out a number of dates across every villa category, so tell us your dates first and we will check them before you plan anything. The price is for new bookings only, and not for groups of five villas or more.

Is Noku Maldives suitable for families?
Yes, with two things to know. Up to two children under twelve stay and eat free from the children's menu, sharing your villa, on most dates priced here. But Noku Maldives has no kids' club and no babysitting, and every water villa opens straight onto the ocean, so the resort suggests a beach villa for young children. Tell us the ages of anyone travelling and we will match the villa.
What water sports and diving are available?
The dive centre at Noku Maldives has 34 dive sites in range. Snorkelling gear is free, and so are paddleboards and kayaks for up to an hour per guest a day. Diving, PADI courses, excursions and motorised watersports are charged on top of the price on this page.
How do I get to Noku Maldives?
Fly into Velana International Airport in Malé. A shared seaplane then takes 45 minutes to Noku Maldives, and the return seaplane is in every price on this page for the two guests a villa is priced for, or four in the Two Bedroom villa. Extra guests pay for their own seat. The seaplane flies in daylight only, so land at Velana by 15:00 or you spend the first night in Malé. Is there a spa at Noku Maldives?
Yes. The spa at Noku Maldives is open daily from 09:00 to 21:00, and its treatments use natural ingredients and local wellness traditions. Stay four nights or more and you also get a three-course romantic dinner on the beach. Travel must be within 12 months of your wedding, and we will need a copy of the certificate.
