You are billed at the bed-and-breakfast rate and the All Inclusive is handed over as a benefit. Fifty villas in Noonu Atoll, from 175 m² up, and a house reef carrying grey reef sharks, rays, barracuda and turtles, with 34 dive sites in range.

What this actually costs

Every figure above is two adults, all-inclusive, with the seaplane for two and the green tax inside it and every other tax paid. Nothing further is due at check-out beyond what you spend on the island.

• Travel before October and save ₹48,600. A Water Villa for three nights is ₹274,200 to 30 September and ₹322,800 from 1 October. The gap widens with length: at seven nights it is ₹113,700.
• The overwater villa is the cheapest room on the island. The Water Villa undercuts the Beach Villa in every window. That is unusual, and it is the easiest recommendation we make here.
• Two villas in one trip. The splits are fixed at four nights, two in each, so they are not on the dropdown. Water Villa plus Beach Villa is ₹337,300 to 30 September and ₹400,900 from 1 October. Each split lands between the two villas taken alone, so you pay about the average and sleep in both.
• All Inclusive covers three meals across two restaurants, unlimited drinks at every venue and a stocked minibar. There is no refund or credit if you do not use it, and which villa comes first on a split is confirmed on arrival rather than at booking.

Who this isn’t for

Anyone landing late. Noonu is a 45-minute seaplane and seaplanes fly in daylight only, so an evening arrival into Malé costs you a night in the capital at your own expense. Tell us your flight before you ticket it.

Anyone who wants choice at dinner. Fifty villas means a small island with a small island's menu, two restaurants, which is exactly why the All Inclusive plan is the sensible way to use them. And anyone travelling 27 December to 9 January, because the festive fortnight carries mandatory supplements that sit outside this offer and we will not quote a total until we have them confirmed.

Before you book

• Booking closes 30 September 2026. Travel runs to 9 January 2027, but the free-children benefit stops earlier, on 26 December.
• Up to two children under twelve stay and dine free on the parents' plan, from the kids' menu. Adult menu items are charged, and extra adults and children pay their own seaplane seat on top.
• Every stay also carries one experience for the two of you, a floating breakfast or a 30-minute back, neck and shoulder massage, booked in advance, plus one shisha per villa at the bar.
• New bookings only, minimum three nights. An existing booking cannot be rebooked onto this offer and it does not apply to five villas or more, but it does combine with other offers.
