Hideaway Beach up in Haa Alif felt wonderfully removed from the world. Morning coffee on the timber deck while blacktip reef sharks glide through the shallows below the villa is genuinely mesmerizing. The house reef is alive with color and movement. Real talk though: getting there means a domestic flight plus a speedboat crossing that can get choppy, so plan for transfers to swallow half your day. Worth it if you want total isolation, sprawling villa grounds, and don't mind the trek to reach it.
