    Terms & Conditions

    1. Check in time at hotel is 1400 hrs.

    2. Check out time at hotel is 1200 hrs (late check out requests are usually chargeable).

    3. After you arive in Velana airport by your international flight, the maximum usual waiting time at the airport is about 30 minutes to 1 hour.

    4. Payments must be made as mutually agreed upon with prior consultation, or as per the deadline given on our invoice.

    5. Non-payment as per deadline will inevitably lead to booking cancellations.

    Payment policy

    Depending on the check in date for your hotel package, the payment amount will vary.

    If you are looking to book while the cancellation policy is already in effect, you will have to make a 100% advance payment. If you are booking well ahead in time, then a 10% deposit is required at the time of booking, and the balance amount has to be paid 45 days before check in.

    We accept payments in Indian Rupees through either a cheque deposit or NEFT/RTGS transfer to our account at HDFC Bank.

    Cancellation policy

    General policy

    1. 50% cancellation charges of total invoice value if a confirmed booking is cancelled within 45 days of check in date

    2. 100% cancellation charges of total invoice value if a confirmed booking is cancelled within 30 days of check in date

    3. 100% cancellation charges of total invoice value for no shows and early departures

    Our prices in Indian Rupees are based on the current USD to INR rate of exchange. Should the fluctuation vary by a huge margin, the prices will eventually vary too.
