Fifteen residences on a small island in Lhaviyani Atoll. Every one sits over water, every one has its own pool, and there is nothing else on the island. No beach villas, no category ladder, no upgrade to negotiate at check-in.
Three nights for two, all inclusive with seaplane transfers and green tax, starts at ₹1,368,600. What separates Kudadoo from the rest of the all-inclusive market is not the food. Spa and excursions sit inside the rate, along with the run of sister resort Hurawalhi.
What this actually costs
Every price above is the whole trip for the residence: the room, the Anything Anytime Anywhere plan, return shared seaplane transfers for everyone in it, green tax and every other tax. Nothing is added at check-out except the short exclusions list. Three nights minimum.
- The spa line is the one worth pausing on. A couple taking one treatment each every other day would spend more on the spa at a conventional all-inclusive than most people budget for drinks. Here it is inside the number.
- Four adults should look hard at the two bedroom. Four nights to 31 October is ₹3,044,200 against ₹3,581,000 for two separate one-bedroom residences, and the gap widens to ₹824,100 in January to March. The trade is one shared living space and one shared pool.
- Green season is worth ₹626,900. The same one-bedroom for four nights is ₹1,790,500 to 31 October 2026 and ₹2,417,400 in January to March. More rain, and in those same months the atoll’s better manta and whale shark season.
Not on the dropdown: the domestic flight to Madivaru plus boat, US$395 per adult return against US$500 for the seaplane. It takes ₹21,600 off a two-adult booking and runs later into the evening.
Who this isn’t for
Anyone who wants sand at their door: there are no beach villas here at all. Anyone after six restaurants and an island you can walk around for an hour will find one small island with a single main building small by day four.
Families need to talk to us first. The resort provides no childcare, so you bring your own nanny, and the published age policy is inconsistent enough that we will get the position in writing before you pay anything. What is not in doubt: from the second birthday a child is charged at the adult rate, which is why the two-bedroom prices are four full fares.
Before you book
- The seaplane is 40 minutes and flies in daylight only. The last one out of Malé is usually no later than about 16:00, so a late-evening landing costs you a resort night. Send us your inbound flight before you book it.
- Payment falls due early and cancellation is total from the same date. Thirty days before arrival for summer stays, 45 days for the November to April bands, 60 over festive. A date change inside that window counts as a cancellation, so insurance is not optional here.
- 27 December to 5 January is quoted by hand: five nights minimum, mandatory gala dinners at US$600 a head on Christmas Eve and US$900 on New Year’s Eve, and no check-out on 31 December.
- There are only two two-bedroom residences, and we need names and flight details five days ahead for the seaplane, seven for the domestic flight.
Tell us your dates, how many of you there are and which airport you fly from, and we will come back with the residence, the transfer and the green tax as separate lines, plus the domestic-flight route priced next to the seaplane. Message our Maldives specialists on WhatsApp or send us an enquiry.
