What this actually costs
Every price above is the total for two adults: the villa, the meal plan, return Malé transfers and every tax. International flights are extra. A dolphin watching excursion is included.
- Fly into Gan and the transfer is free. That is worth more than any villa upgrade. From Gan it is a short speedboat at no charge. From Malé it is a domestic flight plus a speedboat, and the largest single line in every price here: about ₹90,600 for two in September and October, ₹109,100 from November. Route through Gan and take that off.
- September is the month to come. Three nights in the Sunrise Villa is ₹132,000 in September, ₹140,300 in October and ₹161,900 from November. Same villa, same board.
- The three villas sit close together. ₹17,300 separates the entry Sunrise Villa from the Premium Beach Villa with Whirlpool over three September nights, because the transfer is a fixed lump inside every figure. Upgrading is unusually cheap.
- All inclusive is ₹25,900 above half board on those dates and full board is ₹10,500. On an island you will not leave, it is usually money well spent.
Not on the dropdown, but we will book them: extra nights, which cost less per night than the first three because the transfer is already paid.
Who this isn’t for
Anyone whose Maldives picture is an overwater villa. There are none here. All three categories are on the beach.
Anyone who wants a strong house reef outside the door. There is one good stretch at the beach bar end. Beyond that the sunset side is sandy and barely two metres deep a long way out, and the sunrise side rocky and choppy.
What Addu gives you instead is over 27 dive sites, manta cleaning stations and the British Loyalty, a WWII tanker you can swim inside. Come as a diver.
Anyone travelling on Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve. Compulsory supplements of US$140 and US$180 per adult sit on top of the price, whichever plan you are on.
Before you book
- These prices have a deadline and it is close. September and October have to be booked by 31 October 2026, and everything from November by 30 September 2026. These are Asia and Middle East rates, so tell us who is travelling.
- Cancellation. Free to 14 days before arrival, 50% between 14 and 7 days, 100% inside 7. Over the festive fortnight it tightens to 30 and 15 days. Early departure is charged in full, payment 15 days out.
- The meal plan is buffet dining at Kilhi. The other restaurants and bars are charged separately, so ask us what all inclusive covers on drinks. Card payments carry a 3.5% surcharge at the resort’s end.
- Children. Under 2 free, 2 to 5.99 pay US$12 a night, and 6 to 11.99 pay a child rate that moves with the board basis. The Malé transfer is US$375 return for a child, and nothing from Gan.
