Three nights for two in a Villa Suite, half board with the return speedboat, a 30-minute spa treatment each, a photo session and green tax, is ₹409,100. Everything from Malé onwards sits inside that number. The India package closes to new bookings on 18 December 2026.
Forty-five overwater villas on one island, 30 minutes from the airport by speedboat, and the boat runs around the clock. No seaplane, no daylight cut-off, and no beach villas at all.
What this actually costs
Pick a villa and a package above and the figure is the whole stay for two adults: the villa, half board, return shared speedboat, the spa and photo inclusions, green tax and every other tax. Flights to Malé are not in it, and neither are drinks, lunch, excursions or diving.
- Travel before October. A Villa Suite for three nights is ₹409,100 to 30 September and ₹545,400 from 1 October. The green season is the cheap window here.
- Two villas, one price. Sunset Crusoe Residence is ₹596,400 for three nights and the Villa Suite with Pool ₹598,900. One is the larger residence with no pool; the other is smaller, has a plunge pool and gets the floating breakfast, which only pool categories receive. The money will not decide this one for you.
- The Residence with Pool is a three-night villa. Its fourth night costs ₹356,600, where every other category’s fourth night runs between ₹77,000 and ₹224,000. Take it for three nights and add nights in something else.
Extra guests are priced per stay: a third adult is USD 1,588 for three nights, a child aged 2 to 11.99 is USD 125, and under-twos are free.
Who this isn’t for
If the house reef is the point of your trip, this is not the island. The coral off Gili is largely bleached, the best snorkelling is on the excursions rather than off your steps, and the Eco Centre’s restoration work is serious but unfinished. Two neighbours in North Malé will serve you better in the water.
There is no beach villa here either. Every villa stands over the water. And this is half board, not all inclusive: drinks are charged per consumption, and at these prices that adds up quickly. Stays from 23 December fall outside the package.
Before you book
- Dinner is a credit, not a set menu. Half board gives you breakfast plus USD 100 per person a night to spend at Kashiveli, the Overwater Bar, By The Sea or in your villa. Anything above it is charged. Theme nights are covered in full.
- Venues close on a rota. Kashiveli shuts Wednesday and Sunday, By The Sea on Tuesday, Friday and Sunday. Sunday’s tandoor night at the Overwater Bar is effectively the island’s dinner, which suits parents who want proper Indian food. Full board adds lunch from USD 180 per adult for three nights.
- Cancellation. Cancel 30 to 21 days out and you lose 50% of the stay; inside 21 days, 100%. The Two-Bedroom Villa with Pool is stricter again. Buy insurance when you book, not later.
