Anantara Kihavah’s India rate covers stays between 1 August and 10 October 2026, and it is the strongest package we have seen from this resort. Half board for two, return shared seaplane transfers and one four-course lunch for two at SEA, the underwater restaurant, are all inside the price. Three nights in a Beach Pool Villa is ₹535,100 for two, all in from Malé.
Bookings close 30 September 2026, and the minimum stay is three nights.
What this actually costs
Every figure above is the total for two adults for the whole stay: the villa, half board for two, the return seaplane and taxes. Flights to Malé are not included.
- The SEA lunch carries the offer. On the resort’s own supplement list a five-course lunch there is US$466 per adult, so that one inclusion is worth more than the step between most villa categories.
- The Overwater Pool Villa and the One Bedroom Family Beach Pool Villa price identically. A couple who wants the water and a family who wants the space pay the same, so choose on what you want, not on cost.
- There is no length-of-stay discount hidden here. The step from three nights to four costs roughly what the step from five to six costs. Extra nights cost what they cost.
- Meal plans are food only. Drinks are not included with dinner, and Kihavah is not a cheap island to drink on. At FIRE, or at SEA beyond your included lunch, you get a US$50 per person credit towards the bill rather than a free meal.
Also outside the price: alcohol and soft drinks, lunch, the spa, excursions and in-villa dining. Budget for the bar honestly.
Who this isn’t for
Anyone who wants a wristband and an open bar. This is half board, not all-inclusive, and by day three the drinks bill tells. Its lowest TripAdvisor sub-score is value, and that is why. Ask and we will put two or three genuine all-inclusives next to it.
Families who need two rooms. The Two Bedroom villas and the Residences are not part of this offer, so we price those separately.
Hesitant swimmers, and anyone wanting nightlife. There is none here beyond a cocktail under the stars, and most of what makes Kihavah special is happening in the water. The reef circles the whole island, so you get in wherever you like. The sand is grittier than the photographs suggest, which is the price of a reef that close in.
Before you book
- The seaplane is 35 minutes to Baa Atoll and flies in daylight only, so an evening arrival into Malé means a night in the city before you reach the island. Book a morning flight from India and you keep the resort night you paid for.
- Beyond two people per villa: children 0 to 11 pay no accommodation supplement, only US$12 green tax a night, and an extra adult of 12 and over is US$300 a day including the bed and green tax. Seaplane seats are US$425 for children and US$850 from 12.
- Booking closes 30 September 2026. It does not combine with any other offer, and two nights or fewer drops back to the standard rates with breakfast only.
