What this actually costs
Every figure is two adults sharing on full board, whole stay, nothing added at the resort. The 2027 bands cover wider dates than the samples shown, so pick the season and we will confirm your exact dates.
- September 2026 is the buy, and the drop is steep. The Beach Villa is ₹160,400 for three nights in September against ₹173,000 in October, ₹180,500 from 1 November and ₹234,600 in the January to April high season.
- The beach beats the water on value here. The Deluxe Beach Pool Villa is 150 m² with a private pool at ₹263,500 for three September nights. The Water Villa is 77 m² with no pool at ₹279,800. Pay for the overwater photograph knowingly.
- Drinks are the real decision. All Inclusive adds beer, spirits, wines and cocktails for ₹58,700 on three nights and ₹136,900 on seven, about ₹9,800 a head a day. Drink more than about three each an evening and it pays. Otherwise it does not.
Five nights is not on the dropdown and we book it every week. In the Beach Villa that is ₹241,900 in September and ₹274,800 from 1 November. Stay seven nights or more on full board and you still get one à la carte meal each and 15% off the rest. Everyone in the villa has to be on the same plan.
Who this isn’t for
Anyone whose trip is built around a house reef. This is not a continuous reef but clusters of rock and coral in a shallow lagoon, good for fish and forgiving for beginners, patchy from one spot to the next.
Anyone who wants a small quiet island: 282 rooms is a resort, and you will hear boats and seaplanes. And anyone budgeting on children staying free. A child of 2 to 11.99 is charged, plus their own boat and green tax, adding ₹67,200 to five September nights in the Beach Villa.
Before you book
- Christmas and New Year are quoted by hand. 24 December 2026 to 10 January 2027 carries a four-night minimum, no check-out on 24 or 31 December, and compulsory gala dinners of ₹53,600 for two on Christmas Eve and ₹72,100 on New Year’s Eve, payable even if you skip them. The last night at the shoulder price is 23 December 2026.
- Most villas take three people. For four or more the two two-bedroom categories are the honest answer. Parents sign a liability release for children in any pool or overwater villa.
- Payment is due 30 days before arrival. Nothing to pay before that, 50% from 30 to 15 days, 100% inside 14 days and for no-shows. Changing dates or names counts as a cancellation.
- Send us the flight numbers at least 96 hours before arrival. A transfer cancelled on the day is charged in full.
