COMO Maalifushi is the only resort in Thaa Atoll, and the quietest island COMO runs. Three nights for two in a Beach Suite with Private Pool, half board, is ₹426,200, all in from Malé.
That price carries 35 per cent off the villa rate. Book by 30 September 2026 and it holds for any stay up to 19 December. The return seaplane, breakfast and a three-course lunch or dinner, and every tax are inside the figure.
What this actually costs
Pick a villa, a length and a meal plan above and the number is the whole stay for two adults. International flights are not in it. All four categories on the dropdown have a private pool.
- The all-inclusive is US$349 per person per night. On three nights in the Beach Suite that is ₹215,500 on top. It covers wine and champagne by the glass, spirits, the in-villa bar, the dolphin sunset cruise, the drop-line fishing and the guided snorkelling safaris. On a short, quiet trip it will not pay for itself. Over seven nights with a drinking couple it usually does.
- The seaplane is the big fixed cost: US$1,050 per adult return, US$550 for a child of 2 to 11.99. It does not shrink on a short stay, which is why three nights here reads expensive per night against a speedboat island.
- A third guest aged 12 or over is US$250 a night. Up to two children under 12 stay free when they share with an adult on the same meal plan.
Who this isn't for
Anyone landing at Malé in the evening. The seaplane flies in daylight only and the last take-off is 4.30pm, and there is no boat alternative this far south. Land late and you spend a night in the city first. Take a morning flight from India and you keep the night you paid for.
Anyone who wants somewhere else to go, too. Maalifushi is the only resort in its atoll, so there is no neighbouring island to hop to and no local island a short boat ride away. The quiet is the product. Roughly March to October the surf brings a livelier crowd.
Before you book
- Maximum occupancy is four, on one extra bed and one day bed. An infant under two flies free on a parent's lap and pays no green tax.
- The two-bedroom villas and the four-bedroom COMO Residence are not on the dropdown, because this offer does not cover them. We can still price them, and we will.
- COMO Shambhala comes with every rate: steam room, sauna, jacuzzi, a 24-hour gym and six scheduled yoga classes a week. The padel court and the daily group fitness sit inside the all-inclusive.
- Full payment reaches the resort 14 days before arrival. Cancelling 14 to 8 days out costs 50 per cent, within 7 days 100 per cent. Late arrivals, no-shows and early departures are charged in full.
