Resort inclusions & important notes

- Breakfast - Extensive buffet selection at the main restaurant – Sunset Restaurant or Malaafaay, Timing: 07:30–10:00
- Lunch - International buffet selection with action stations at the main restaurant – Sunset Restaurant or Malaafaay, Timing: 12:30–14:30
- Dinner - A sumptuous dinner buffet with action stations at the main restaurant – Sunset Restaurant or Malaafaay, Timing: 18:30–21:30
- Spa Credit - Enjoy a USD 50 spa credit per Adult per stay – non-transferable. Not applicable to spa packages, top-up treatments or retail items in the spa. Advance booking is required.
- Note: Sunset Restaurant is for guests staying at Main Island, while Malaafaay Restaurant is for guests staying at Dream Island. The resort will provide a 15% discount at Buffet Restaurants ONLY.
- Special Discount - Guests are entitled to a special discount of 40% on menu pricing (food only) and can enjoy an array of delectable cuisine from around the world at any of the à la carte restaurants during their stay.
- IMPORTANT NOTE - The resort reserves the right to close or revise the operational hours of the buffet restaurants or any à la carte restaurant based on occupancy levels or maintenance. Restaurant menus may also be changed without prior notice. Beverages that are not part of the booked meal plan will be charged separately.

Check-in / Check-out
Check-in is 14:00 hrs and check-out is 12:00 hrs. Late check-out is subject to availability and is usually chargeable.
Seaplane transfers
Seaplanes operate strictly between 06:00 and 16:00 hrs and do not operate between 16:00 and 06:00 hrs. International flight timings must coincide with these hours to connect smoothly. If Malé cannot be reached in time, an overnight stay at a city hotel may be required at additional cost, which we can arrange.
Airport transfers
Transfers take place on the dates booked, keeping in mind the resort's check-in and check-out times. After arrival on the international flight, the usual waiting time at the airport is about 30 minutes.

This document serves as a quotation and not a reservation confirmation. Confirmation is strictly subject to actual room availability on the dates requested, and to our terms, conditions and cancellation policy.
Payments
Payments must be made as mutually agreed, or by the deadline given on our invoice. Non-payment by the deadline will lead to cancellation, and cancellation charges may apply as per hotel policy.
ℹ️ Good to Know
🛂 Booking requirements
- Scanned copies of the passports of all travellers — first and last pages.
- Scanned copies of the PAN cards of all travellers.
- Scanned copies of the international flight tickets to the Maldives.
💳 Payment methods
Payment in Indian Rupees through banks based in India: cheque deposit into our account at HDFC Bank, or NEFT / RTGS transfer to our HDFC account. We do not accept credit card payments.
🚫 Cancellation policy
- 50% cancellation charges of total invoice value if a confirmed booking is cancelled within 45 days of check-in.
- 100% cancellation charges of total invoice value if a confirmed booking is cancelled within 30 days of check-in.
- 100% cancellation charges for no-shows and early departures.
🧾 TCS — 2%
TCS at the rate above is payable on the total invoice value, over and above the prices quoted. This is a mandatory government requirement. TCS is an advance tax and can be claimed back when filing your income tax return.
✅ Traveller declaration
All travellers must submit the official Maldives Traveller Declaration within 96 hours before their arrival flight time, at https://travel.immigration.gov.mv/
