Travel period: From 03rd April 2022 -30th September 2022- Prices DONOT include any airfare from your city of departure.
- All prices are for services starting and ending at Velana airport (Male' International airport).

The All-Inclusive supplement includes:
- Breakfast, lunch and dinner served at the Main Restaurant, afternoon Tea/Coffee with snacks served from 1630hrs – 1800hrs.
- Bottled water, Drinks served by the glass (including soft drinks, beer, house wine and pouring spirits which includes Gin, Vodka, Whiskey, Brandy, Tequila, Rum, Arrack and Martini). Beverages to be served between 1000hrs and 0000hrs only. After midnight, all consumed drinks will be charged at the normal price
- Selected cocktails & mock tails.
- Mini bar - soft drinks and Water (replenished once daily).
- Tea/coffee making facilities in the room.
Complimentary Guest Services
These services will be provided on complimentary basis where applicable. Should clients wish to avail these services the request is to be submitted at the time of reservations.
- Guest celebrating birthday or anniversary on the island will receive a cake per stay.
- Repeat guests will receive a fruit basket on arrival per stay
Honeymoon Offers
These services will be provided on complimentary basis where applicable. Should clients wish to avail these services the request is to be submitted at the time of reservations. To qualify for honeymoon services, honeymooners will be required to submit certified documents (validity max. 6 months) and this should be communicated to the clients at the time of reservation.
- All Honeymooners for a minimum 4 nights stay will receive a bottle of wine, chocolate with special turn down service per room per stay and a Romantic Candle lit dinner for two persons.
- Free upgrade from Beach Villa to Lagoon Villa / From Beach Suite to Lagoon Suite (subject to room availability at the time of booking) for the period from 07.01.2022 – 26.12.2022.

Exclusions
- 5% Indian GST on total invoice value
- Tax Collection at Source (TCS) - 5% TCS with PAN number, and 10% TCS without PAN number, is to be paid on the total invoice value from 1st April 2020
- All kind of personal expenses such as tips, laundry, telephone bills, and beverages
- Any meals, unless and otherwise specifically mentioned
- Any domestic and international airfare, unless specifically mentioned
- Optional, suggested or unspecified activities
- Christmas eve (24th December) and New Year eve (31st December) supplement charges

Terms and Conditions
- Check in time at hotel is 1400 hrs.
- Check out time at hotel is 1200 hrs (late check out requests are usually chargeable).
- After you arive in Velana airport by your international flight, the maximum usual waiting time at the airport is about 30 minutes to 1 hour.
- Payments must be made as mutually agreed upon with prior consultation, or as per the deadline given on our invoice. Non-payment as per deadline will inevitably lead to booking cancellations.

Payment Policy
Depending on the check in date for your hotel package, the payment amount will vary.
If you are looking to book while the cancellation policy is already in effect, you will have to make a 100% advance payment. If you are booking well ahead in time, then a 10% deposit is required at the time of booking, and the balance amount has to be paid 45 days before check in.
We accept payments in Indian Rupees through either a cheque deposit or NEFT/RTGS transfer to our account at HDFC Bank.

Cancellation Policy
- 50% cancellation charges of total invoice value if a confirmed booking is cancelled within 45 days of check in date
- 100% cancellation charges of total invoice value if a confirmed booking is cancelled within 30 days of check in date
- 100% cancellation charges of total invoice value for no shows and early departures
